DHL handles all our international shipping, please contact JERMAINE BLEU directly if you would like to place an order but your physical address does not fall into our shipping scope. Shipping of orders will only take place on receipt of proof of payment.

If proof of payment is not received JERMAINE BLEU will wait till funds are visible in their account before shipment is made.

RETURNS

Sale items can’t be returned. However customers are able to return, exchange or ask for a refund for all other purchased items within 10 days of purchase, for any reason under the condition that the item(s) are unworn, in the same condition and with the original tag still secured. Customers are fully responsible for the cost of returning items (locally and internationally) to us in original condition. Please note that any returns/exchanges that it/they have been worn or do not have the original brand tag secured will not be accepted.
